Applications
The cup pig is more suitable for removing solid impurities and dust from the pipe.
The cup pig mainly works in cleaning the pigging lines of various pipelines before they are put into operation. It also works in the cleaning of natural gas pipelines after putting into operation, the exhaust before the hydraulic pressure test, and the isolation of mixed pipeline media. LCQZ-ZF Disc Pig – EMT Pipeline Pigs
Disc pig is a bidirectional pig device. It is composed of a supporting plate, a sealing plate, an isolating plate, and a supporting skeleton.
Disc pig is a multi-purpose pig. It is mainly used for pigging pressure tests and sweeping water applications after pressure tests.
Structure
Disc pig has a reasonable structure, low pushing pressure, and good sealing performance.
The pig can carry a wire brush, caliper plate, magnetic frame, detector, etc. according to requirements, and is a multi-purpose pig.
Disc pig can be driven by pipe media such as gas or liquid using differential pressure to complete the cleaning of pipe scale or residue.

LCQZ-RTN Disc Pig – EMT Pipeline Pigs
The foam pig has high elasticity, toughness, and wear resistance. It can also rely on its high deformation properties to pass even in the event of jamming. Or by increasing the pressure to make it break, remove the blocked pipe by itself, there will be no pressure accident

Interference
The interference of the foam ball pig is generally 25mm or 5%-10% of the pipe diameter.
